Our one-on-one coaching will provide you with a personalised experience and streamline your route to success. Every session will use a combination of strength and conditioning exercises which suit your goals and experience.

You will receive a custom training program designed to improve your overall health and reduce your risk of common health issues. Every time you train, you will perform exercises selected specifically to suit your psychology, physiology, and goals.

At Hobart Strength Training, we are experts in introducing people of all ages and abilities to strength training. We can quickly and safely teach you to the correct form, and how to use different techniques to reach your goals. Our approach is sustainable so you can see long-term change to your body composition, strength, and energy levels. We will be solely focussed on teaching and equipping you with the knowledge to live a healthier, stronger life.

Our one-on-one coaching at Hobart Strength Training will provide you with an uninterrupted experience. You will have exclusive use of the gym and equipment and an attentive coach for the entire session. It is perfect if you are new to strength training, have injuries, or just prefer a more personal session.
