One-on-one coaching

At Hobart Strength Training, our one-on-one coaching sessions provide a personal and tailored experience. We will support you on your journey to getting strong, teaching you how to safety and effectively perform movements. Our custom training programs use evidence-based strength and conditioning practices which get results and prevent common health problems.

Group coaching

Group Coaching is an affordable way to reap the benefits of personal training in a friendly group environment. Our group sizes are capped at a maximum of four people and every individual receives a tailored program and exercises. In addition, your coach will watch every lift, provide tips, and make adjustments based on your progress.

Online Coaching

If you can’t visit Hobart Strength Training in person, you can still unlock the benefits of strength training. Our online coaching provides a tailored program and personal support from strength coach Joe Pemberton. It is perfect for those facing geographical, financial or time limitations.
